About me

With over six years of experience teaching both online and in classroom settings, I am passionate about making maths accessible and engaging for every student. After completing my PGCE at the University of Oxford this year, I will be teaching maths at the British Online School, where I will also be the KS3 Lead. My approach is centred around creating personalised lessons tailored to your child’s learning style, ensuring they reach their full potential in maths.

I have worked extensively with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) throughout my teaching career and have a particular passion for supporting students who may find traditional approaches to maths challenging. I adapt my teaching methods to meet each student’s individual strengths, needs and learning style. Whether your child needs to build strong mathematical foundations, boost their confidence and change their attitude towards maths, or simply needs a helping hand as they approach important exams, you’re in the right place.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in listening to students and creating a learning experience that resonates with them, ensuring they feel supported, understood and confident in their abilities.

Alongside my teaching experience, I hold a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Renewable Energy and Architecture, and I achieved A* grades in both Maths and Further Maths at A-Level.
